Personal Statement :

I am a NY state licensed Psychologist with 25 years of clinical experience encompassing child, adolescent, and adult psychotherapy, couple counseling and sex therapy. I received a PhD in Psychology from Columbia University and additional clinical training at Elizabeth General Hospital and Long Island Jewish Medical Center. Using a combination of insight oriented therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and psychodynamic therapy, I tailor the treatment process to the needs and goals of the individual patient or couple.
Fundamentally, my aim is to help you free yourself from deep personal conflict and elevate you to a level where you will be able to assume full control over your daily reality. I'll listen to you with a great deal of care; actively participate in the treatment process; and provide you with valuable and constructive feedback which will ultimately give you the peace you so desire.
My office is located in a prime location at Forest Hills. It has free access and provides a free parking space. My office is open 5 days a week Mon-Fri from 9am-10pm.
