I provide my clients with 24 years of experience in working with people through a creative approach of traditional and alternative therapies.  I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (talk therapy), Hypnotherapy and Emotional Freedom Technique to assist clients in healing their issues.  As a reslt of these powerful techniques, clients may not need to see me on a weekly basis.  Therefore, my services may be cost-effective.  The goal is for my clients to learn to change their negative thinking, release negative emotions, identify and release the source of emotional pain and remove blocks preventing them from living a more fulfilling life.

The traditional and alternative counseling approaches I use may be very effective with people who are experiencing a variety of issues including:  anxiety, depression, anger, fear, poor relationships, grief, low self-esteem, insomnia, undesireable behavior patterns and more. Clients are able to live more joyful, peaceful lives.
